Cauliflower Pilaf

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoons Cumin, Ground
1 serving (1) Garlic Clove
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1/2 cups Diced Red Onion
1 serving (1) Cauliflower, Medium Head

Instructions

  1. Start by getting your cauliflower into very fine pieces.
    you can do this by carefully chopping right off the head, using a food processor, a ricer, or simply
    purchasing riced cauliflower.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat add coconut oil, onions and minced garlic. sauté for a couple minutes
    then add in your finely chopped cauliflower.
  3. Stir and sauté until the cauliflower is soft and translucent.
  4. Add salt, paprika, pepper, and other preferred seasonings to taste.
