2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1/2 cups Diced Red Onion
1 serving (1) Cauliflower, Medium Head
- Start by getting your cauliflower into very fine pieces.
you can do this by carefully chopping right off the head, using a food processor, a ricer, or simply
purchasing riced cauliflower.
- In a skillet over medium heat add coconut oil, onions and minced garlic. sauté for a couple minutes
then add in your finely chopped cauliflower.
- Stir and sauté until the cauliflower is soft and translucent.
- Add salt, paprika, pepper, and other preferred seasonings to taste.
