Julie Rice is the client of the Month for May!
Julie has only been with Trivida since January, but she has made amazing strides in her goals! But trust us when we say it didn’t come without working hard! Julie trains 3x a week with us at Trivida, then does another 1-2 days at Orange Theory and a day of Yoga. The woman is a rockstar! She also has been on point with her nutrition. She was determined when she signed up with Trivida and she has definitely seen the benefits. The best part she is finding, is that even when life or work gets in the way and she can’t push quite as hard, she has built up lean muscle that keeps her metabolism burning! ” After moving to Colorado last August, I spent my first five months here working way too much and making bad food choices. I decided that I needed more balance in my life and wanted to take steps to become healthier and stronger. I am the type of person that needs a support system and likes challenges. I love how supportive, energetic, and committed both Meghann and Corey both are on a daily basis. The workouts are always challenging and constantly changing.
