Our nutrition expert Andy Adams shared this amazing cilantro sauce which he called his ” Secret Sauce – to combat the idea that healthy food has to be bland.” This sauce can be added to meat and vegetables at the beginning of a recipe cooking or at the end if you want a fresher, more garlic forward taste. Store in a sealed glass container in the fridge to use within the next 5 days or freeze ice cube trays and cover with plastic wrap to use for next several weeks!
Enjoy!
