Corey Feldman, MMS, PA-C
Formerly an athletic trainer for the Colorado Crush and Denver Broncos, Corey is also a Physician Assistant with a Masters in Medical Science from St. Francis University. For six years, he worked in urgent cares, family practices, and emergency rooms. However, he was seeing over 60 patients a day and realized traditional medicine had lost its bedside manners. Soon after he began a focus on functional medicine. Corey is certified in Functional Medicine by the Medicine with Heart Institute.
Combining his medical practice with his Bachelors in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado, Corey founded Trivida to spend more time with his patients so they could get faster, real results. When Corey isn’t meeting with clients one-on-one, he’s immersed in research and learning how he can better treat clients. Corey also loves to read multiple books at the same time, travel with his wife Meghann, and continuing to hone his skills in Brazilian Jui Jistsu. In 2022, Meghann and Corey welcomed a beautiful daughter after struggling with infertility for 3 years. She has become the center of their world.
Meghann Feldman
Years ago, Meghann created a proposal that won her company a dream project — building a city from scratch. The island is now one of the premier destinations in the Middle East, and Meghann realized that even though she was a grain of sand in the project, her actions impacted the world. Inspired, Meghann left her career to create an even bigger impact on people’s lives. Around the same time, Meghann met Corey on eHarmony, and on the first date he told her about his idea for Trivida. She knew the world needed his passion, drive, and help, and jumped at the chance to support him. In 2016, Meghann discovered her own health struggles with Hashimotos. After many frustrating appointments with “traditional” providers, Meghann made it her mission to help other people find a voice in their health. In 2022, Meghann was able to realize another dream of becoming a mom after struggling with infertility. Meghann and Corey welcomed a daughter and are both in love with this new stage of parenthood!
With a Bachelors of Science in Business and Administration from Colorado State University, Meghann now works alongside Corey to help people with their emotional and physical wellbeing — and she manages Trivida Functional Medicine’s daily operations and marketing.

Ashley Rogers
Formally a medical assistant at a dermatology and internal medicine practice, Ashley comes to us with 15 years of experience in the medical field. She found her passion for mental health several years ago and it has now become a priority in her life. As she grew in that passion, she came to find the connection between mental health and the body as a whole. Realizing conventional medicine would not foster the same way of thinking, she pursued a career in functional medicine, knowing this would offer her a chance to make a much greater impact. In joining the team at Trivida Functional Medicine, she found a passion for not only directly working with clients to give them hope but also the opportunity to grow in a role as the office’s Wellness Manager. Ashley loves hear all the stories of success, being able to celebrate with clients, or support them when they meet the messy middle.
When not at work, Ashley is a busy mom of 4 active children. Between cheer gyms and events (#CheerMom), she enjoys playing video games with her son and helping her girls practice their cheer skills. As an active member of her community, Ashley enjoys helping teens and parents find ways to be mindful of their mental wellbeing and the importance of healthy minds.
