Rosemary and Basil Grass fed Burger 

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Basil, Dried
1 1/2 teaspoons Rosemary, Dried
2 tablespoons Diced Red Onion
1 serving (1) Garlic Clove
16 oz 85% Lean Grass Fed Ground Beef

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the meat, garlic, onion, herbs, and salt and pepper to your taste.

Using your hands, mash the ingredients together to incorporate the spices well into the meat. Form the mixture into 8 patties or 24 meatballs.

Heat coconut oil in a large pan. Add the patties or meatballs and cook for 5 minutes, flipping to brown all sides. add broth or
water and simmer, covered, for another 3-5 minutes.
