Stress is killing you.

“You have  GOT  to manage your stress levels.” is something I say to clients – what seems like endlessly. For the record: this is not a complaint, far from it. It is an acknowledgment of my mission as a Life Coach. Do you experience any of these very common symptoms of stress?

Science is telling us stress is killing us. I see over and over again how stress is negatively affecting lives. Harming relationships, causing medical issues, limiting opportunities just to name a few common themes I see around stress.  Dennis Prager says “Happiness is a moral obligation”, I agree. I will add this includes you managing your stress levels.  The symptoms and results of long-term stress are no joke people! You don’t deserve that, your family doesn’t deserve it, your work doesn’t deserve it. Consider how a stressed-out version of you is affecting your family and relationships, your productivity, and your health. Oh, and while we are at it, can we please stop wearing “stressed” as a badge of honor. It isn’t it’s killing you – literally.
