I have had a great experience with Trivida! I’ve learned a lot about the internal workings of my body and have also got into a routine of easting healthier and exercising. I’ve started a weekly workout program and now workout 5 days a week as opposed to nothing. Also, I am more aware of what I am eating, and I try to stick to a healthier diet. This has been so worth my time and money. I have learned so much about myself and what I can do. They motivate you to move in the right direction, their personalized training, coaching, and meetings are great!
