Spend a few minutes each evening and set yourself up for a great nights sleep, and kickstart your morning! The return on the time investment can be huge. The value of an evening routine is hugely under-rated. Both your mental and physical health with thank you! Here are some great examples of things you can implement into your evening routine.

Set up time blocks and To-Do’s for next day – This lets me rest without worrying about remembering anything.
Take any p.m. Meds
Wash Face/Brush Teeth – I know what your thinking: “Really Megan? I’m an adult…” but you forget, don’t you!?

Read 20 Pages
Pray/Meditate
No screens after 9 p.m.
Gratitude Practice
Set out wardrobe for next day

Prep Breakfast/Coffee
Choose what is right for you to take care of yourself! When you get into bed you’ll be set for a great night sleep, and are set up for a productive kick-ass day ahead. You will be grateful you spent the 20 min.
Real-Talk: I know this is easier said than done. It is easy for me to advocate for creating and keeping a routine while I sit at my keyboard with my “Life-Coach” hat on, but when you add in the real business of life it can be difficult. I get it, it is for me too. If you can shoot for keeping your routine 3 days a week – once mastered, go for 5 days a week. You’re a rock-star at 6 days a week!
