Meet Corey
Founder | Physician Assistant

Corey Feldman, MMS, PA-C

Formerly an athletic trainer for the Colorado Crush and Denver Broncos, Corey is also a Physician Assistant with a Masters in Medical Science from St. Francis University. For six years, he worked in urgent cares, family practices, and emergency rooms. However, he was seeing over 60 patients a day and realized traditional medicine had lost its bedside manners. Soon after he began a focus on functional medicine.

Combining his medical practice with his Bachelors in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado, Corey founded Trivida to spend more time with his patients so they could get faster, real results. When Corey isn’t meeting with clients one-on-one, he’s immersed in research and learning how he can better treat clients. Corey also loves to read multiple books at the same time, travel with his wife Meghann, and continuing to hone his skills in Brazilian Jui Jistsu. In 2022, Meghann and Corey welcomed a beautiful daughter after struggling with infertility for 3 years. She has become the center of their world.

Meet Meghann
CEO

Meghann Feldman

Years ago, Meghann created a proposal that won her company a dream project — building a city from scratch. The island is now one of the premier destinations in the Middle East, and Meghann realized that even though she was a grain of sand in the project, her actions impacted the world. Inspired, Meghann left her career to create an even bigger impact on people’s lives. Around the same time, Meghann met Corey on eHarmony, and on the first date he told her about his idea for Trivida. She knew the world needed his passion, drive, and help, and jumped at the chance to support him. In 2016, Meghann discovered her own health struggles with Hashimotos. After many frustrating appointments with “traditional” providers, Meghann made it her mission to help other people find a voice in their health. In 2022, Meghann was able to realize another dream of becoming a mom after struggling with infertility. Meghann and Corey welcomed a daughter and are both in love with this new stage of parenthood!

With a Bachelors of Science in Business and Administration from Colorado State University, Meghann now works alongside Corey to help people with their emotional and physical wellbeing — and she manages Trivida Functional Medicine’s daily operations and marketing.

Meet Andrew
Health Coach

Andrew Adams

Andy hails from Arizona but is a true Coloradoan at heart. He loves the outdoors, dogs, and good food! When he is not coaching clients, you can usually find Andy rock climbing in the mountains or eating at one of our many amazing restaurants with his wife Erika. When he is coaching, Andy helps encourage his clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that work for them. He understands that everyone is different and the one-size-fits-all approach offered by others doesn’t cut it. With a background in exercise science and nutrition, Andy joined the Trivida team 5 years ago and has learned the in’s and out’s of functional medicine.

Meet Nicole
Functional Medicine Specialist

Nicole Modesitt

Born and raised in Colorado, Nicole went on to receive her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training/ Sports Medicine from Florida Southern College. After graduating, she worked on the Sports Medicine team at University of Denver where she focused on hockey and gymnastics. She then went on to do post-graduate work at The University of Colorado in Pre-Medicine/ Biology studies. As a collegiate volleyball player who suffered multiple concussions in her career, Nicole felt passionately that there was a need for more understanding and research of the human brain.

Nicole decided to take a new direction with her career, so she became Board Certified in Neuroscience and Neurofeedback and worked in this field for 5 years. She worked with patients suffering from concussions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and many other mental health conditions. Realizing that there was an even deeper need to treat people with a multifaceted approach, Nicole came to Trivida eager to learn and grow her career in Functional Medicine.

Ashley Rogers
Wellness Manager

Ashley Rogers

Formally a medical assistant at a dermatology and internal medicine practice, Ashley comes to us with 15 years of experience in the medical field. She found her passion for mental health several years ago and it has now become a priority in her life. As she grew in that passion, she came to find the connection between mental health and the body as a whole. Realizing conventional medicine would not foster the same way of thinking, she pursued a career in functional medicine, knowing this would offer her a chance to make a much greater impact. In joining the team at Trivida Functional Medicine, she found a passion for not only directly working with clients to give them hope but also the opportunity to grow in a role as the office’s Wellness Manager. Ashley loves hear all the stories of success, being able to celebrate with clients, or support them when they meet the messy middle.

When not at work, Ashley is a busy mom of 4 active children. Between cheer gyms and events (#CheerMom), she enjoys playing video games with her son and helping her girls practice their cheer skills. As an active member of her community, Ashley enjoys helping teens and parents find ways to be mindful of their mental wellbeing and the importance of healthy minds.

Meet Dr. Gina

Dr. Gina Datolli, MD

Raised here in Colorado, Dr. Datolli did her medical training at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD (the military’s medical school). She served as a Family Practice doctor in the Air Force for 10 years. She found functional medicine after being unable to overcome chronic fatigue for 3 years. Corey has helped her to regain her energy and now she’s excited to help other clients do the same. She loves seeing all clients, but her passions are women and children’s health, especially fertility, pregnancy, postpartum as well as children with ADHD and autism. She has 3 very talkative little boys: 9 year old twins and a 5 year old. When she’s not in clinic, you’ll find her wrangling children, reading, cross stitching or hiking.

Dr. Gina is not currently taking on clients.
