Mojitos are one of my favorites, they are super refreshing, a little sweet and easy to drink pretty much any where in the sun! Generally, they are pretty healthy, but depending on the location can be made with simple syrup and sprite, adding in a lot of unnecessary sugar. So I like to make mine with a couple of modifications!
- Juice from 1 Lime
- 4-5 Mint leaves
- Rum (white or spiced)
- 3-5 drops of #Stevia instead of simple syrup
- Club soda
In a cocktail shaker add lime juice and lime, mint leaves (torn up into pieces), muddle together. Then add Ice, Rum, and a couple of drops of Stevia (you don’t need much because it is potent). Shake well, strain over a High Ball Glass with ice, add some extra mint leaves, a couple of slices of lime, then top with club soda and enjoy!
- 2-3 Strawberries
- Hubert’s Diet Strawberry Lemonade (sweetened with stevia)
Using the same method as above, except I leave out the stevia drops since the lemonade is already sweetened. Add strawberries in with lime and mint, muddle together.
- 1 mini cucumber, sliced
Using the same method as above, adding in cucumber to shaker.
