Paleo Biscuits

One of my favorite things in life is Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast. I couldn’t be more psyched about this paleo version that is so much better for you! G

Ingredients

1/4 teaspoons Salt, Kosher
1 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 cups Coconut Oil, Refined
1/4 cups Almond Meal/flour
1/4 cups Coconut Flour
4 serving Eggs Pastured/free Range/cage Free

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375° and combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Scoop the batter into hockey-puck sized circles on a greased baking sheet.
3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
