So, This is my go to morning smoothie – fills me up, keeps me going, and is packed full of the good stuff! Like Vitamins C, E, K, A B1, B2, B3, folate, B6 Manganese, Copper, Selenium, Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Choline, Plant proteins including all amino acids, Fiber, Omega-3, and Antioxidants, Phytonutrients.
Blend together until smooth:
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
½- 1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen organic raspberries
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup frozen strawberries or blackberries
1 Tbs. chia seeds
1 handful of spinach or other greens (add in as much as you like!)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Vega, optional)
