Ms. Cindy Wilkinson is April’s Client of the Month!
Cindy has worked hard for 18 months to meet her goals. She has lost 30 lbs on her small 4’11” frame, reversed a pending diabetes diagnosis, and put her arthritis into remission! Cindy has been diligent about her eating habits, making sure she is getting protein and enough calories during her busy day as a Nanny for 5 children. In addition to her time at Trivida, she does Barre and cardio workouts at home, chases after ids and dogs, and runs her own music class called Jumpin’ to the Beat! Now she is jumpin’ on boxes and crushing all her goals.
