The Why behind our Fall Kickstart…

It is that time of year. The kids are back in school, we are focusing on getting our schedules rained back in, and we realize that we may have consumed a few too many S’mores over the summer.

Many of our clients find this time to be about re-engaging in their goals. Maybe those New Years Resolutions didn’t quite stick and your are ready to refocus. Maybe you want to be sexy in a “Little Black Dress” come holiday party season time, maybe you are just tired of feeling sick and tired. The kickstart is built to literally KICKSTART those goals. Whether you continue on with Trivida after or not, this will get you back focused about your goals.

So what can you expect?

  1. 12 – Kick-butt workouts that will change your body! These small group classes are so fun and energetic. Your personal trainer will ensure that no matter your level, you are getting a SAFE and effective workout.
  2. 25-Day Meal plan. You will get a meal plan and recipes for the next 25 days, that if followed will guarantee weight loss.
  3. Accountability: Our team is here for you and wants you to succeed, so we will be checking in with your through email and Nudge to make sure you are on track and have everything you need to be successful
  4. Friendship: we have such a great time, you will build friendships and relationships with those participating that you can carry over after the challenge!
  5. Guaranteed Workout Buddies: You are not in this alone, you have several buddies in each class to encourage you along the way
  6. Confidence: I PROMISE you will be lifting more and feel better after 25 days

So why 25 days, well it felt like the magic number! Just kidding! It takes 21 days to create a habit and 90 days to solidify that habit. But the calendar in September just fit a 25 day plan better, so that is what we went with! Good news, you get an extra week! An extra couple of days to really push those goals forward and lose another couple of inches! Fit back into the fall wardrobe and keep pushing so you don’t fall into the comfy sweater rutt of winter!
