Ingredients
2 tablespoons Coconut Flour
2 tablespoons Curry Powder
13 1/2 oz Canned Coconut Milk I Organic
2 serving (1) Garlic Clove
1/2 cups Diced Red Onions
1 cups Green Beans, Fresh
2 cups Baby Carrots Raw
1 serving Cauliflower (1 Large Head 6-7″ Diameter)
Instructions
1. In a large slow cooker or crock pot, add the vegetables and garlic and mix well.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, coconut flour, spices, and red pepper flakes
(optional) and mix well.
3. Pour the liquid mixture over the vegetables in the slow cooker/crockpot.
4. Cook on low setting for 6 hours or high setting for 4 hours.
