Smoothie Series: The Orange Smoothie

Packed full of Vitamins B & C, Fiber, Calcium, Potassium and Beta- Carotene, this delicious smoothie will help you stay healthy through the holidays!

Blend together until smooth:

2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces ( frozen for at least 2 hours)

1 cup orange juice

1 orange, peeled and cut up into chunks

¾ cup almond milk (unsweetened)

1 carrot, peeled and cut up into 1 inch pieces

Ice (Optional: if you don’t freeze bananas- I freeze coconut water for this and it naturally sweetens it too )
