1/2 cups Coconut Milk
1 tablespoons Raw Local Honey
2 tablespoons Pb2 Chocolate Powder
1/4 cups Quick Oats Oatmeal
1/8 cups Whey Protein Concentrate
1 cups Low Fat Plain Kefir
Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
If the mixture is too thick, add water and blend until you are happy with the consistency.
