Ingredients:
- 12 slices of deli-sliced Ham (look for organic or lower sodium options)
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 cups liquid egg whites
- 1/2 shredded cheese (your choice)
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray or grease 12 count muffin tin
- Whisk whole eggs and egg whites together, season with no sodium seasoning as you choose
- Line muffin tin with ham slices
- Distribute shredded cheese in muffin tin
- Pour egg mixture evenly in muffin tin (about 2/3 of the way full)
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of eggs
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
