Since that testimonial, she has taken her training to the next level! It has been an honor to watch Becky push herself, build a badass group of friends, and have fun! Her goals have shifted, her mindset has evolved and she definitely has found her sassy self! She has since taken on martial arts and Brazilian Jui Jitsu. In November, Becky took her badassery to a whole other level by competing in a Brazilian Jui Jitsu tournament. No matter the outcome, she felt on top of the world!
Becky is now focusing on lean muscle gain, working on dialing her supplementation and nutrition in for more goals and weight loss. She is an asset to our studio and we love having her as part of our Fit Family!
